What if you didn’t have to push so hard just to feel like yourself again? There’s a different way to live - one that doesn’t burn you out.
Join us under the moon for ceremonies rooted in breath, body, connection, and your own inner rhythm. Whether you’re craving calm, clarity, healing, or simply a place to exhale… You’re invited. No experience needed. Just bring your whole self (yes, the messy parts too).
And be the first to know when the next ritual opens.
Because you’ve spent most of your life being told to push, perform, and keep it all together. And maybe… you’re finally done with that.
In a world built around linear goals, 24/7 output, and constant doing, most of us never learned how to live in alignment with our own rhythm, let alone the rhythm of the moon, the seasons, or our bodies.
We were taught to go hard, show up the same every day, and ignore our energy cycles. But your body isn’t a machine. It’s a living, breathing ecosystem.
And deep down, you’re not tired because you’re weak. You’re tired because you’re out of rhythm.
Moon rituals help you return to that rhythm.
They offer a space to:
Pause and exhale after a lifetime of tensing and bracing yourself for what's coming next
Let go of what’s heavy and plant seeds that feel aligned
Reclaim your feminine energy without shame or fluff
Connect with your inner cycles (and remember: rest is not weakness)
Co-regulate with the earth, the seasons, and a circle of women who get it
We use breathwork, meditation, intention setting, sound healing, and reiki to gently recalibrate your nervous system, and reconnect you with the version of you who knows how to move through life with more ease.
No experience needed. No spiritual jargon or knowledge of crystals required. Women from all walks of life have been connecting with the moon for centuries. For good reason.
You just need your presence, your body, and a willingness to stop pushing and start flowing.
Full Moon or New Moon Ceremony
Every moon has a different flavour, which we work with. Whether we’re releasing, manifesting, or resetting, the ceremony meets you where you are.
Guided Breathwork & Meditation
To calm the nervous system, drop out of your mind, and arrive fully in your body. Think: exhale meets embodiment.
Intention Setting / Releasing Rituals
You’ll be guided to set soul-aligned intentions (new moon) or gently release what no longer serves (full moon). No pressure. Just presence. The gentle (feminine) way.
Sound Healing
Gentle frequencies with shaman drumming or singing bowls to soothe your system, raise your vibration, and support deep inner alignment.
Reiki Energy Healing
You’ll receive energetically attuned Reiki from two Reiki Masters to help anchor the shifts and open your system to receive what you most need.
Sacred Sisterhood Vibes
Whether you’re tuning in live or later, you’ll be held in a field of love, softness, and sacred support. No masks. No performance. Just real women returning to themselves, together. Because there is NOTHING like the support of a sister.
